It is hard to believe that we are almost 1/3 of the way through our time here in New Zealand. Since arriving, we have done some really fun things and seen some very beautiful places. After spending Spring Break on the Coromandel Peninsula, however, we quickly realized that all the things we have seen and done up to this point have just been teasers, little nibbles hinting to what's in store for us as we continue to explore and enjoy all that New Zealand has to offer.
Between us, Rachel and I took over 500 photos over the past week! I won't try to post them all on the blog, but there will still be too many for one post (or two or three). Such great (or at least memorable) times were had by all... stops at several stunning beaches, a breathtaking dolphin sighting, visiting the temple, losing Emily (don't worry, we found her), volcanoes... not to mention that we finally got to use our fancy tent and we LOVED it (yes, even me!).
